Milano graduate students offer an array of high-level skills—some gained in group projects with outside clients as a part of their coursework—which can support organizations seeking temporary assistance in professional functions.  Our interns are well poised to make a beneficial impact undertaking complex tasks and project assignments at international nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and corporations while gaining practical work experience.  Students are available at all times during the year and internships can last anywhere from one to multiple semesters and also include summers.

Interview Milano candidates either on-campus, virtually or at your site.  Let us advertise your available positions and collect applications for your review.  Our office will schedule interviews for those selected. Recruitment occurs at all times during the year.

Career Fairs

The Leadership, Change and Sustainability Career Fair provides a venue for employers to meet a targeted audience of professionals and critical mass of Master level students and alumni from 10 New York area schools with programs in organizational development, industrial and organizational psychology , capacity building, human resources management, environmental policy and sustainability management.  Connect with prospective employees and interns from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations, Cornell Institute for Public Affairs, Teachers College, Columbia University, Bard Graduate Programs in Sustainability, the Industrial and Organizational Psychology programs at New York University and Baruch’s Zicklin School of Business, Rutgers University’s School of Management and Labor Relations, and Bloustein School of Planning & Public Policy.  Register now!
